BAR Lemon Hart is the real-world Oizumi-gakuen bar once owned by Mitsutoshi Furuya, creator of the manga of the same name, and has operated for more than 30 years. His grandson Riku Furuya now tends the bar, serving Scotch-led hard liquor and cocktails. All 13 seats permit smoking, and cigars are listed as available.
