BAR JITAN is a hidden-style bar located past the west exit of Meguro Station, down Gonnosukezaka, and you enter by going down a staircase. Reviews say that as of July 2025, Cuban cigars were in stock and smoking is allowed. The interior is small and calm, with counter seats as the main focus and also some table seating. Drinks include rum, whiskey, and cocktails. Some reviews say the rum selection is good, and that the staff kindly helped when asked about personal preferences. The mojito is recommended, and reviews also say it is easy to use whether you are alone or with friends.
