Rooftop Bar is a bar in the Toranomon area where you can enjoy cigars. It has a semi-open terrace and sofa seating around a fireplace, and inside you can enjoy cocktails made with seasonal fruit and sake. Reviews say the view from the high floors of Toranomon Hills Mori Tower is a highlight, with sights of Tokyo Tower, Tokyo’s nightscape, and even the Rainbow Bridge. The outdoor seats can be windy or a little cold on days with strong wind, so it seems best to choose your seat according to the weather.
