THE CIGARS

THE CIGARS is a members-only cigar bar in the Nakasu-Nishinakasu area of Chuo Ward, Fukuoka City, and opened in June 2023. There is an age restriction: women must be 26 or older and men must be 31 or older, making it an adult, relaxed space. The interior has glass walls and terrace seating, with views of the Nakasu nightscape. The shop carries about 50 kinds of cigars, mainly Cuban, around 100 kinds of whiskey, and 20 to 30 kinds of glass wine, including Burgundy wines. All wine is served by the glass. Many visitors are new to cigars, and the knowledgeable master is said to help customers choose a brand. Because the air-conditioning is well maintained, even people who do not smoke cigars can spend time there comfortably.
